Ruiguotongsheng Enterprise Group consists of Ruiguo Tongsheng IMP.&EXP. Co., Ltd. (our head office), Tianjin Ruihe Steel Trade Co., Ltd., Tangshan Ruiyin International Trade Co., Ltd., Tianjin Guoshengtai logistics Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Weishihengxin Steel Co., Ltd. We have a registered capital of US$ 50 million. We are a limited liability company. The legal person and general manager is Mr. Ruiguo Gao (Remark: the picture introduction in the brochure is not embodied in the literal introduction). Our head office is located at No.75, Jianshe Road, Heping District, Tianjin. Our branches are located in Tianjin and Tangshang, which are the major places of the production and trade of steel in the north of China. We also have 5 branches in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Wuxi, Hangzhou and Lanzhou respectively. There are 1300 employees in our company at present. Our core management team has 50 people. We have a warehouse of 30000 square meters. Our group is engaged in the production and trade of iron ore powder, coke, coal, billet steel, strip steel, section steel, steel plate, screws and all kinds of finished products. We have established business relationships with clients in the United States, Japan and other 10 countries and regions. Annual sales revenue is RMB10 billion. Our export value was RMB150 million in 2010. We aim to better integrate resources and realize the diversification of management. In 2011, Ruiguotongsheng Enterprise Group started the business in mining, rolling steel production, coastal steel logistics information platform construction, international transit trade, real estate development, financing guarantee platform construction, etc. We have laid a solid foundation for further development.
